The Space is one hour of customized strength based metabolic conditioning sessions with Chase Weideman-Grant. All-levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged. The Space community comes together on Zoom allowing you the freedom to leave your camera turned off, or leave it on. Whatever feels right. The only requirement is a desire to show up for yourself consistently, bring just your bodyweight if that's all that you have available. I will work you through a full body workout and cue you along the way for optional additions of dumbbells and resistance bands. The Space's goal is to help you incorporate time for yourself into your routine, through consistency and flexibility of movement, without the pressure of gym spaces or group fitness. I know that it can feel intimidating to commit to working out when you don't know where to begin, or don't have time to think about putting together a workout program. Let me create that on your behalf. I'll see you in The Space.
